Payment

50% to start, 50% on launch. Prices are as published on the pricing page at the time you book.

Timelines

Published timelines start once content is ready. If we miss the published timeline because of us, you take 20% off the remaining balance. If content is delayed, the clock pauses.

Revisions and scope

Two revision rounds are included. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted as an add-on before it starts.

Ownership

On final payment you own the files, the domain, and the accounts.
